Every piece is made to order and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of your order, then 2 to 4 days in transit. Pre-orders go out within 5 working days.
Cash on delivery orders get it on screen straight away, and again by email once we confirm. For a bank transfer it is emailed with your receipt as soon as our team has checked the payment.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with the label intact. You cover the return postage and we cover sending the new size.
Send a photo on WhatsApp and we replace the piece. A fault in the making is on us, always.
Raised and built to last, not a flat screen print. The exact finish is chosen for the design and the fabric it sits on, and it is held to the same 5 mm minimum everywhere.
Inside out, cold, gentle cycle, and hang to dry. Do not iron on the design: press from the back with a cloth over it.
Each design has its own colour range, shown on its product page. If you want a design in a colour it is not listed in, ask on WhatsApp.
